While it cannot replace clinical biomarkers like blood tests or DNA methylation analysis, it offers valuable insights into how your daily habits may be affecting your aging process. The assessment is most useful as a tool for identifying areas for improvement and tracking progress over time.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols, and we never sell your personal information to third parties. You can delete your data at any time. Apple Health Data (iOS App)

If you choose the Apple Health calculation in our iOS app, the app requests read-only access to the metrics you authorize (resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, steps, sleep, walking speed, and body measurements). These metrics are processed entirely on your device to estimate your biological age; they are not uploaded to our servers, and the app never writes to Apple Health. Health data is never used for advertising and is never shared except as needed for the optional AI feature described below.

Optional AI Interpretation

When you explicitly request an AI interpretation in the iOS app, an anonymous summary of your result (ages, category or metric scores — no name, no contact details, no identifiers) is transmitted securely to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) to generate the interpretation. The summary is used only to serve your request and is subject to the provider's API data handling terms; it is not used to train models under those terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions in the iOS app are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. Apple provides us only anonymous transaction records needed to unlock Premium features.
