Biological age is a measure of how well your body is functioning compared to your chronological age. While your chronological age is simply how many years you've been alive, your biological age reflects your overall health, lifestyle choices, and how these factors affect your body's aging process. Two people of the same chronological age can have very different biological ages.

How is biological age calculated?

Our assessment evaluates multiple factors that scientific research has linked to biological aging, including physical activity levels, nutrition quality, sleep patterns, stress management, social connections, and lifestyle habits like smoking and alcohol consumption. We use validated algorithms based on peer-reviewed longevity research to estimate your biological age from these inputs.

What factors affect biological age?

Many factors influence biological age, including diet and nutrition, exercise frequency and intensity, sleep quality and duration, stress levels, smoking and alcohol use, social connections, mental health, environmental factors, and genetics. The good news is that many of these factors are within your control and can be modified to improve your biological age.

How accurate is this assessment?

Our assessment provides an estimate based on lifestyle factors and validated research. While it cannot replace clinical biomarkers like blood tests or DNA methylation analysis, it offers valuable insights into how your daily habits may be affecting your aging process. The assessment is most useful as a tool for identifying areas for improvement and tracking progress over time.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols, and we never sell your personal information to third parties. You can delete your data at any time. We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations to ensure your health information remains confidential.

Information We Collect

On our website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide when you use the web assessment. The iOS and Android apps keep your answers, results, plan and coach conversation on your device (and in your own device backup, if enabled), never on our servers:

Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. On our website we use analytics services to understand how the site is used, and we may share anonymized, aggregated website statistics for research. The iOS and Android apps contain no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs; the only third parties the apps send data to are our AI provider (Google Gemini, only for AI features you use, as described below) and Apple or Google Play for payments.

Apple Health Data (iOS App)

If you choose the Apple Health calculation in our iOS app, the app requests read-only access to the metrics you authorize (resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, steps, sleep, walking speed, and body measurements). These metrics are processed entirely on your device to estimate your biological age; they are not uploaded to our servers, and the app never writes to Apple Health. Health data is never used for advertising and is never shared except as needed for the optional AI feature described below.

Health Connect Data (Android App)

If you choose the Health Connect check in our Android app, the app requests read-only access to the metrics you allow (resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, steps, sleep, weight and height). These metrics are processed on your device to estimate your biological age, and only the resulting age is saved, on your device and in your own device backup. The app never writes to Health Connect. Health Connect data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared, and the AI coach never receives Health Connect data or Health Connect results. The only exception: when you tap Generate Interpretation on a Health Connect result, an anonymous summary of that result is sent to our AI provider as described below. Our use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Face Scan, Skin Scan and AI Coach

The face and skin scans (iOS and Android) send the photo you take or choose to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) to produce the estimate. The photo is downscaled before sending, is used only to answer your request and is not stored by the app or on our servers; only the resulting age is saved on your device. When you use the AI coach, your messages and a short summary of your latest questionnaire or face scan result and your daily plan (never Health Connect data) are sent to the same provider to generate the reply; the conversation is stored only on your device and you can delete it anytime. Face and skin scan results are visual wellness estimates, not biometric identification: we do not create face templates or identify anyone.

Optional AI Interpretation

When you explicitly request an AI interpretation in the iOS or Android app, an anonymous summary of your result (ages and category or metric scores, with no name, no contact details and no identifiers) is transmitted securely to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) to generate the interpretation. The summary is used only to serve your request and is subject to the provider's API data handling terms. You can report any AI-generated answer from inside the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple in the iOS app and by Google Play in the Android app. We never see or store your payment details; the stores provide us only the transaction records needed to unlock Premium. In the Android app, Google Play may collect technical diagnostics from its billing component under Google's privacy policy.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
